Cape Cod Car Club Auto Show-Check out the BMW 2002

I took my 09 Z4 35i and my dad took his 1978- 911 SC to the Cape Cod Car Club Car show. The wildest thing was this BMW 2002 Gasser. It sounded as good as it looked. Check out the Blower Bug. Never knew you could build a blower on a VW engine.

Oh Cape Cod...

Is the CCCC more of a vintage club? I was expecting more exotics. I mean, I know there aren't a ton of them out there but I've seen a few Murcis and Z8s in my time (been summering there for decades).

Yes, by far, the lions share of members have American muscle cars. Chevelles, Camaros, Stangs, Vette's, T Birds, etc. Every Saurday night they have a car show off exit 9 in Dennis at Patriots Plaza. My Z is one of the very few foreign cars and only BMW's at the show.

A gasser style 2002 - not something you would ever expect to see. I give it many props for being different. I dig it.

Marstons Mills here and I know there is at least one Osterville guy on here with a Z8.
