Need advice on a new ride for my gf
We live in springfield, mo and see a few months of snow. So I want her to have something that is AWD.
She really likes the chevy equinox a couple years used because we are trying to stay under $16k But she also found the NIssan Rogue and can get a 2010 for about $15k Are there any cars that are AWD and are worthy compared to a rogue or equinox? We decided against a 328xi as they are over what she wants to spend.

Had an awd Rogue up at about 7800' in New Mexico for years.
It would weeze a bit on the steeper roads but handles ice and snow fine. Activates when needed so your gal would not have to switch on~off. Locks in with switch, but I doubt she will get in deep situations. Averaged about 25 mpg . Tough little buggers . |

Equinox is hard to beat for room and they're pretty decent cars.
