Just Saw A R8 On Palisades...

for the first time i saw the audi r8 on the palisades. blue with silver c/f trim. that car is such an eye catcher. i was going north and he was going south. just wanted to vent out. im still shocked at how beautiful the car is and i noticed we got a new smiley so gotta put that here as well

There is no silver CF option for the R8.

I too saw one a few weeks back here in the D.C. area. It was crossing the intersection while I was stopped at the light and totally caught me off guard. I didn't think they were available until at least November

Definately an eye catcher.

I saw one at Desert Audi here in Las Vegas. Was Black with dark grey blades. The dealer was asking 50k over for it. I just laughed. Its a nice car but more than anything its a work of art and not a supercar. At the end of the day its pretty much a re-skinned gallardo with a v8 in place of a v10.
