Fellas, what are some good places and great things to do in Los Angeles?
I will be staying in West Hollywood, so something close would be ideal.

If you want to go the touristy route:

Check out Hollywood. They have guided tours to see all the celebrity houses, go to Hollywood and Highland and see all the stars in the ground. Check out Groemans theaters, check out the LA Zoo, Rodeo Dr. for baller shopping...

If you want to go the urban/party route:

Go to Supper Club (on a Sunday night), Greystone Manor, The Colony, eat at In N Out and King Taco, I'd say Venice beach but your beaches in FL destroy our beaches, cruise on the PCH 1 frwy (if you have a cool sports car) because it has beautiful scenery, check out LA Live which has almost everything, catch a Laker game, check out old town Pasadena, The Grove, Melrose blvd, Beverly Center, Amoeba Music, and try seeing a movie at Arclight Hollywood in the Cinerama dome.

For $$$ dining...eat at Mastros, Crustaceans, Ruth Chris, Mi Piace, Fig and Olive, Katsuya in Hollywood, Flemings, and Bossa Nova

If you have the funds for it and like sushi, hit up Sushi Gen. If you want to spend $$$, Urasawa.

Providence is also great, though on the pricey side as well.

Osteria Mozza if you want Italian.

Go look up "Stunt Road" and "Piuma" in Calabasas/Malibu. Great drive. You can also take Topanga Canyon.

Since you're in WeHo, you can get on 10 W and take it all the way until it ends (and becomes PCH). You can take PCH to Topanga canyon (if you want an easy canyon), or take it to Malibu Canyon then make a right on Piuma Road (very windy, but fun).
You should look up how to get to "Stunt Road" from here (I know how to get there by memory, don't remember street names)
While on PCH, try Malibu Seafood. Great fried seafood with a gorgeous view.
