Snow!!!

Took the off road golf cart out and screwed around. We have a little over a foot in Charlotte.

Why not? We mainly use it to get around our 270 acres in SC and then my wifes family has 2500 acres in OHIO we take it there as well.

Correct. Rarely snows in Charlotte.

In a nutshell. Plus, it makes working on the car & bike a PITA running back and forth for tools all the time, no air compressor, nothing to block wind/cold/heat.

I lived in a condo in LA in a different life, with only a parking space and no garage. Agreed, never again will I do that to my vehicles. I was the only one who covered my bike and my car every day!

OP, that is a beautiful house, just had to echo that sentiment.

I really enjoy every time I have been to NC.

Hope spring comes soon for you guys.
