Angry LED light issue

I have a M4 with LED. While driving at night on the freeway with the High-Beam assistant on a lot of trucks flash their light indicating that my LED light system blinds them.
Have BMW constructed the lights wrong?

You may want to have the self-leveling unit checked at your dealership. It is fragile and can break easily on bumps, or sometimes the pre-delivery insepection they forget to remove the foam and it is stuck.

My last few cars (135i, S4, and now CC) have all been flashed regularly by people who think the lights are bright. I just flash them back,
