PC Help Needed On Ram...

i used the crucial system scan and i don't think its right. so i went to garage and searched for the original ram boxes. crucial recommended

PC1: 240 Pin DDR2 PC2-4200
PC2: 184 Pin DDR PC3200

based on the original boxes i have:
PC1: Corsair DDR2 XMS2 Pro Series CM2X1512A-4300C3Pro (PC2 4300)
PC2: Corsair DDR XMS CMX512-3500C2PT (PC 3500)

will the recommended specs work on my pcs if i intend on removing originals and replacing to new ones?
