Not another E46 M3 Accident... My guess, kid thought he was a better driver by getting the M and thought turning off the DSC would be "cool."

Aggressive drivers dont usually cause accidents, its the overly cautious ones that do. The ghost breakers, non-blinker users and speed limit in the left lane adherers.
