I stand by my lady Ann. She uses hyperbole to make a point. And she has a lot of good points IMHO. Yes she is over the top in some things but she makes me laugh when she goes overboard. By the way, I agree with the quotes you mentioned (especially the one about killing the leaders of terrorist countries and converting them. Ever see a christian suicide bomber? The hard core christians may be a little nuts but atleast they don't blow themselves up.). Ann has far more scathing quotes which probably go too far.

Not at all bro, I have nothing but for the northeast liberals. My brother is one of them. East coast people rock. Heck, I went to NYU so I used to be one of them.

and p.s.- sorry i kept changin my response to make it as less offensive as possible, the last thing we need is an argument between 2 E90 drivers

Noflash, I totally respect the views of liberals and I've got to tell you I honestly agree with a lot of things you say. There are a lot of things wrong with this country that the liberals could solve if they got their way. You mention helping kids go to college, the environment (I'm really big on this), ridding nepotism from government.

These are all things that both parties should work out solutions for. I guarantee in 100 years from now people are going to look back at our gasoline-burning cars and say, "I can't believe how stupid people were back then, how bad their technology was", sort of like the way we can't believe that people actually used to ride in buggies pulled by horses, or how people listened to the radio for entertainment (before TV).

But I'm conservative by nature and you can't change the personality someone's been born with. Your ideas can make all the sense in the world, but there are people (like me) who don't like change. I like to adapt, but change isn't my friend and that's how I've always been, even as a little kid.

Free thinking is always good and you're lying to yourself and you aren't really living if you always go by the book and never change. But I find comfort in the constant, and that's just me.
Not the first time I've been compared to Meathead!

P.S. I respect casual Republican. I even love John McCain! (mostly)

I guess I just want Archie to respect me!

Corruption, dishonesty, wasted money, and imposition of religious values are a recipe for disaster. I think John McCain would have been a much better Prez than W. My choice for '08 would be Evan Bayh at this point. I definitely prefer the high IQ Spock types, really tired of BS politics.

haha and my all time favorite:

Bush at his best

My vote would go to Schwarzenegger-Powell, 2008!

Can you see it now? "Hey Arnold, what did you do to all those palestinians??"

"I HAD TO LET THEM GO"

Or when he says "Hasta la vista baby" as he presses the red button on Iran.
