In a time when the company is suffering, let's alienate the one of the few groups of customers who have stuck by Ford!

Apparently, it all got resolved in the end and Ford let them do it. But it makes you wonder how much free time the people at ford have on their hands if they have the time to get in that mess and get themselves out of it.
