Screen Protector

I always use a screen protector on all my cameras. Originally I used to use peelable plastic ones, but nowadays I use rigid optical glass protectors.

This is why !

Screen Protector

This image is of the protector that was on the back of my Fuji XT-1 when I recently bumped it against a rock.
When I took this off the back of the camera, the screen itself was unmarked.
A new screen protector (£10.95) was fitted as soon as I got home - worth every penny.
I hate to think what the cost of having the screen replaced would be.

Same here. Back and top. Always have. Glass as well. One of mine has a small ding in it that would have been on the actual screen without protection.
