Everyone that does and ED 'ring run says it's no big deal ... I've done a few EDs and never gone because all it takes is one idiot.

That said, I did drive in Italy so I guess I"m the idiot.
Idiot is so strong, I'd go with brave. I've never been more nervous driving a car then while trying to navigate Florence a few years back. I've learned my lesson. From now on I use Europe's wonderful and extensive railways or airports.
