This place is amazing, I make it a point to eat there once a week. Their in-house brew is quite excellent too. BTW, the E30 M3 cabrio (next to the Jeep) can be had for a mere 40k euros if memory serves.
Great pictures! Makes me want to go and do this as well before I leave.

Last weekend I dropped by the Meilenwerk in Stuttgart. I thought I'd post some new pics.

Same AWESOME place... almost the same name. But now it's called: Motorworld.
Here are some new-er pics of Motorworld and the V8 Hotel next door...

Yes, lots of cool places to visit in Stuttgart of Automotive fame. Here are a few off the top of my head... Porsche Museum and Factory in Zuffenhausen Porsche Museum Porscheplatz 1 70435 Stuttgart www.porsche.com/museum/en/ Porsche Museum (left) Porsche Zentrum (straight ahead)... Porsche Zentrum Stuttgart (across the street from the Museum) they also sell ALL the Porsche Design "stuff" plus there are many Museum cars on display inside this factory run dealership. Porsche Werk 1 And this is what it looks like today... Porsche Werk 1 (the first offices of Porsche KG after WWII. Later on Porsche's Race Dept was located here. Today its home for Porsche Exclusive and a VIP service and parts dept. Last time I was inside here... I saw SEVEN 959's... two with US plates(!) being serviced!!! You can always try your luck with the Porsche Gate Gaurd... tell them you need to go inside to order some parts for your Porsche... most of the time he will let you inside! Porsche's Family Estate... (Ferry Porsche in pic) The house today... Peter Porsche(I think?) Porsche's Family Estate -it's not open to the public but one car drive by it! I think Ursula Porsche still lives there. This is where Ferdinand and Ferry built the first few Beetle(KdF) Volkswagens at for Hitler's people's car program. Porsche Family Haus Feuerbacher Weg 48 - 50 Stuttgart https://www.google.de/maps/place/Feu...c699cf15?hl=en Speaking of the Porsche Race Dept... the famous picture of all 25 prototype 917's lined up for FIA inspection. In order for Porsche to race at LeMans, Porsche built 25 race cars for sale to anyone who wanted one(or could afford one and knew about them!)... Ferrari cried foul bc there was no way Ferrari could built a series of 25 cars in order to run a homologated race car series. Today... Today you can STILL drive by this spot and see MANY Porsche's parked on the left side - ready for export to all over the world. Some things never change. Look a little bit up to where this Google "pin" is located. There you will see this parking lot. https://www.google.de/maps/place/Ade...3210cdac?hl=en MB Museum in Unterturkheim... MB Museum in Unterturkheim MB Factory in Unterturkheim Mercedes-Benz Museum Mercedesstraße 100 70372 Stuttgart http://www.mercedes-benz.com/en/merc...ssic-overview/ Mercedes-Benz Classic Center... Mercedes-Benz Classic Center Stuttgarter Straße 90 70736 Fellbach Telefon: +49 (0)711 173 00 00 Fax: +49 (0)711 173 04 00 classic@daimler.com www.mercedes-benz-classic.com AMG GmbH in Affalterbach... Mercedes-AMG GmbH Daimlerstraße 1 71563 Affalterbach www.mercedes-amg.com MB in Sindelfingen... Mercedes-Benz Kundencenter Sindelfingen Käsbrünnlestraße 71063 Sindelfingen http://www.mercedes-benz.de/content/.../offering.html Porsche Reutter werk... Ferry Porsche inside the Reutter werk. ~1965 Reutter Werk today, just to the right of that Yellow truck. The building is a state landmark, so Porsche can not tear it down. Instead, underneath it Porsche has a huge underground storage and rail system that moves sub assemblies from one factory(werk) to another among the sprawling Porsche Werks. A little trivia... The Reutter Werk building was last used for 928S4 and GTS production. Then the Audi RS2 and MB 500E's were built here in the mid to late 90's. Then Porsche converted the factory to a parts depot. 356 Made by Hand... video - a small docu film made by PCA members(at that time) going on ED to pick up their 356's!! Before there was even an official ED program! How cool was THAT! A very cool film, one of my favorites. KdF Wagen or Volkswagen(peoples car), later nicknamed the Beetle.

Motorworld: yesterday & today...
Some pics of Motorworld from back in the day. This was the very first internatonal airport in the 1930's. I think the first flight was Lufthansa flying direct to Brazil. That's what I remember reading on a plague there. Then the Germans used it as a Air Base during WWII. We(the Allies) then took it over and stayed there until the '80's. Then it sat dormant for quite some time. Today the runway has been turned into a reflecting pool and at the far end of the strip they have built luxury condos. Have a look...

I think hey still have a special when you book two nights stay... you get your choice of a classic 356 or a Weismann(powered by an e46M3 engine) for 200kms/day. This hotel is really cool. In fact I really love visiting the Motorworld when I am in Stuttgart. Now they have a Harley motorcycle dealer and a new Ferrari dealership there too. It's a car lover's heaven.
