unfortunate, most of those accidents was cause by stupidity

Tragic but as mentioned, they were universally caused by stupidity... no less they are almost all in China or Russia...

Exactly why I get so pissed off at peoples' stupidity. Oh you're late for your shift at McDonald's? Bam, you're dead, and your job has been filled by an automated machine.
