Question from Colbert Report

This is a question that Steven Colbert asks all of the Congressmen he interviews as part of his series covering each Congressional District in the country. How would you answer?

I voted for him, but I don't think he is great, nor do I think he's even doing a good job...

That's the point of the question. He asks these hard core Democratic Congressman to answer the question, and these are the only two choices he gives them. Then when they try and give a different answer, he just says "Ok, I'll put you down for the second one." It is pretty funny.
