Having owned it now for @ 6 weeks, I can say that it is very impressive! Super fast. Phenomenal screen and photo/video! Battery life is good considering how much online stuff I do and talking and bluetooth.
Definitely among the Top 3 Android devices on the planet right now. |

Yes, recommend a Google-Masterspyware phone. Theres no better way to track down all your activities and the NSA would be thankful - NO

It's going to be between the Turbo 2, Moto Z Force or S8+.
Not sure whether or not the Z Force is worth the extra $200 over the Turbo 2 and I'm not sure if the S8+ screen will be able to survive if I drop it. |

No Apple talk here, thanks.
I played w/the Turbo 2, Moto Z Force & S7 (They didn't have an S8) in a Verizon store today. Aside from the physical size & feel, they all seemed like the same damn thing. I like that the S8+ has the better camera, but I dislike the fact that it is the most fragile & expensive. |

Also had my android die quickly on the edge of the concrete curb, two weeks ago.
That was an S7 edge. Super camera, screen, battery, etc. The current good deals on replacement . . . . . . . . replaced it with . . . . . . . S7 Edge ! same thing !

Bottom line, just get an iPhone. If you want to go cheaper, get an iPhone 6 instead of a 7.
I have both Android and iPhone and have always been a diehard anti-iOS person. I was forced to use an iPhone for work and I think the OS has come a long way, everything always works, is stable and batteries don't seem to die like with Android ones do. I always seem to have to replace batteries every year with every one of my Android phones from the OG Droid, Droid X, Thunderbolt (the worst) and so on. I have a personal Galaxy 6 edge and you can't add memory or replace the battery so I am worried it's going to crap out soon lol. I do IT for a living and we decided as a business that although Androids can be cheaper, they end up getting replaced sooner, need batteries etc and we just seem to have more problems which end up costing as much as an iPhone. So when you have fewer employees complaining that's also a welcome bonus. We still have people using iPhone 5s they were issued over three years ago. No Android I've owned has ever made it that far. iPhones will save you money and heartache in the long run. |
