Being a peace loving Canuck, I suggest we bury the hatchet. Instead of everyone gearing up for war in a pointless exercise, what say you to an old fashioned duel with pistols? Between our respective prime ministers of course...as leaders they should be the ones to settle the difference, not you or I naturally.

And if by some miracle mine wins, I'd be happy to cast my vote to donate him, sans shirt, to replace your fallen minister since you would naturally be in need of another politician at that point. Only because I'm so generous of course...it's not like he's driving the economy into the ground due to inexperience and I'd prefer he did it to another country instead. Nothing like that at all. AS I walk in the office I turn on the Kerig. Then I put a couple eggs in this funky steamer, press the button, and have hard boiled eggs in about 10 minutes. Brew one cup of hot water, slap it in the microwave for another minute. Start my cup of coffee, swig some kefir out of the jug, then pour the hot water on my 2 bags of Maple/Brown sugar oatmeal. By the time the eggs buzz, I need a second cup. Eat the eggs while answering emails.

Yes, I only made one foray into the politics subforum, but I did enjoy my time there and our discussions...may need to drop in there again. Though I'm wondering if I should create another handle in case it gets banned.

The minority dissenting opinions I hold seem to stick out like a nail out of a board. And nails that stick up have a tendency to get hammered. And I'm afraid of the banhammer. I like my user name and join date.

Politics is talking, sharing, finding a medium. I don't as you know agree with you in few things, but we the people of this planet need to understand everyone don't agree with us in everything. I have no doubt we two couldn't find mediums im our dividing issues and to work on our common goals more. It is how politics should work.

And talk about a nail in the politics side. I'm in American politics a conservative (financially), with a liberal thinking, and my main focus there is to point our what corruption does to a country, and how fast it works.

So I think disagreeing in something is good. Holding a ground only on differences gives nobody nothing. Focusing on things we can agree is better, and from that ground you can find a medium in the hard stuff too.

Takes me 1 hr 30 mins every morning to wash yesterday's dishes, and cook and eat breakfast (I toss in ground beef/rice in crockpot/rice cooker the previous night before going to bed, so it's ready for the day). Price you gotta pay to make them gainz. Usually have a combo of 3 red potatoes, 6 whole eggs, some olive oil, seasonings, and veggies with two cups of milk. Kinda heavy (~1,300 cals), but I digest food very quickly. Will have second meal two hours later.

Sucks it takes so long, but necessary.
