That's hard to say without knowing more info... If that pickup driver was coming around a blind corner, and the BMW driver didn't see him until it was too late (being that the pickup driver was hauling ass)...

looks like the BMW was just pulling away from the curb and making a right turn at that first street.
The truck was going WAY to fast for that road (and for that vehicle). Combine a top-heavy, unbalanced vehicle, with excessive speeds, and a (most likely) unskilled driver, and it spells disaster. The BMW probably startled the truck driver, who swerved, over-corrected... and well, you saw how it ended up.

Looks like the bmw failed to yield prior to making a right on to a straight away. Truck was probably speeding, as well.
