Applied for million dollar loan and didn't get it, understood. Not following why the post was created.

The post isnt about getting the loan or not. It was about the $25 joke you receive when you apply. FYI I did not want the loan cuz it is not good, not because I was denied.

Earlier posts sound like you got turned down because you didn't have enough cash for down payment and reserves.

For all the other million dollar loans you have been turned down for they normally give you a lot more?

I don't understand what people normally get for loans they are declined for because it has never happened to me.

It's not his call. If a higher up wants 12 months, it's 12 months. I'm assuming your financial are in order and you're not running a cash only business through a Schedule C.

The fact that you're up in arms over the doubling of reserves is telling.
