Tongue ulcer

I have had a small ulcer on the tip of my tongue for 2 days & its fakin killing me

Tried Bonjela, Anbesol, but still in pain,

I get them from time to time, I gargle several times a day with warm salty water. That usually speeds the heeling.

Gents...just take a good sniff before eating. Simple rule. Eliminates these problems.

My buddy used to say that if it smells like a fish it's a dish, if it smells like cologne leave it alone.....

Quit rubbing it on your teeth, let it heal.

Mix baking soda and water 1:3, gargle morning / evening /after meals and try not to play with it, should heal quicker.

Believe it or not, Alum works really well. Just pop it on your tongue for 30 seconds, remove it. DO NOT SWALLOW. it dries out the ulcer and makes it go away

oh Bonjela usually does the trick,

Sometimes also called a canker sore.

A lot of home remedies, but from what I remember, mainly get it when your immune system is shot, try eating and drinking "GOOD"

Stay off spicy food, coffee and pop's.

I do have these more often than not and usually 24-48 hours of bonjela does it for me, you could be on the tail end of it.

IF after 5 days, please go see your doctor and/or dentist

Some alkaline cool drinks will help, i.e. milk milkshakes, ice cream
also you could try ibuprofen (or any NSAID) also try asprin

and hot foot it straight to the docs for a shot
