People fail to look at a VERY important aspect about all these "studies." Which is, where and who the hell did/does these studies. Simply saying "a study was done" that proves such and such and neglecting to find out who is behind the study is retarded as hell. Im not talking about this study, just most studies in general.

Or here, maybe this will make more sense since we're on an automotive forum. How about all those commercials you see ALL the time where car makers will claim things like "awarded highest luxury in class," or "awarded best sedan." Ok, well who hell awarded them those "awards" anyway? Half the time it's just some no name, un heard of, and ridiculous organization (like JD Power and ASS ). If the award is coming from the the institute of highway safety, the Red Dot, or some other formidable contender, then sure.......I guess its valid. But if it's just some random award from an organization that is meaningless, has no reputation, or holds almost no authority to award such things, then thats called BS.....BS that stands for nothing.

So the same (or almost the same) applies for all these "studies" we see today. I advise you to ALWAYS ask/check who the study was done by. Also, look at it's statistics and it's dynamics. For instance, look at this STD study which only shows what Chicago illinois is going through....not the rest of the country. Thats like someone saying "all americans are fat" or that every asian person is chinese. What they should have done was set up teams all over the country to conduct this "study." Not just choose one location and assume the rest of the ENTIRE country is the same. WTF does some uneducated teen from a low income/low moral family, who's parents probably had their children too early or are uneducated themselves, and in some impoverished area of chicago.....have to do with me? Or anyone else who lives a clean, educated, moral, sexually aware, and responsible life? NOTHING

HPV is the one making that number so high. HPV has no test for men and no symptoms so guys run around infecting girls and not even knowing it.

Part of my wife's job in med school was doing HIV testing on any and every person that came in with any symptom of an STD. Not all were tested, but the demographics were all recorded, and whether or not they took the test. Guess what? You couldn't find a single trend among the men or women along lines of age, race, sex, or socio-economic locations for ANY STD. The test was conducted in over 30 major cities in the US concurrently, and all the data aggragated. I happen to know the outcome results because I did the data analysis for her report.

In simpler terms, the chicks in YOUR HS have it too, you just don't want to believe it.

You don't understand. My HS is laughably overprotected. I mean, it's hilarious at how...I dunno how to say it...just shielded we are. You'd have to see it to believe it. It's small and oh-so private-y.
