Amazing that thing can stay in the air with the props spinning so slow... /s

On another note, it seems like the downforce from the prop would cause more snow wash out. I've seen these things land from close up, they blow shit everywhere. The snow seems mostly unaffected.

Looks like it has a hardpack crust on top. Solar warming or rain the day before may have caused a little melt, then re-freeze at night. Gives you a nice icy crust on top. Essentially the "Cascade Concrete" we have all season long in WA.

I was thinking the same but quickly realized how hard it would be to hold a phone horizontal and steady while clinging precariously to the side of a literal Alp as a helicopter lands above your head. I'm cutting him some slack on this one.
