Upload failed (picture attachment)

Trying to attach pictures and all I get is generic Upload failed. No pixel or size maximums message. I tested will very small pic and same message.

I just switched to an Iphone so thought it could be related but also tried to upload an older pic taken with my S8 from my surface pro and same message. Also tried direct from Iphone and same message.

Same problem must be a site problem

Yes, images are a mess....causing site to be very slow.
