Good write-up but basically it's just like calling a cab(but a very nice one), or getting a nice rental.

I think this is BMW's sneaky way of testing the market acceptance for when we won't want to dump a lot of cash into an expensive vehicle that just sits in the garage for 10-15 hours each day. Especially handy for those who don't long distances and who might also consider E-vehicles constantly needing charging. I can see it coming.

If and when it becomes the norm, there won't be many driver enthusiasts left, just drone worker bees.

BMW has to do better and live up to their slogan, "Ultimate Driving Machine ". They need to be the Ultimate program provider. If thos is thier start in a plot status to see how people respond, well, they have failed.

Wow, fully loaded M5 Competition for $1400 / month. That's gotta be 5k miles / year or something. If not please share more details (dealership, terms etc.) because it's unheard of.
