I will say when I was a cable tech I've been in thousands of homes which basically felt like a house tour each time but I did find 2 kilos in the crawl space. Dude....that back porch has seen more action than most of us will ever understand. Anyone else notice the step stool under the swing? I can assure you that a step isn't needed to sit on that bad boy. Dude, the gym is crazy right now. I've stopped trying progressive overload with adding weight, but I have started using smaller weight that I can manage well, working on form and going to failure, rather than 3-4 sets of 8-12. I've found that I'm getting much more intense workouts this way. I'm still getting lean but somehow, slowly building the foundation of the muscle groups at the same time; this way when I start getting serious about bulking, I'll have the ground work laid down. Crazy focused right now. All my stress and added energy is going straight into my training.
