Solve this brain teaser

A friend texted me this tonight. Someone here has probably already seen it and and will get it right away but we’ll see...

A pair of shoes is 10, so a single shoe is 5

The dude is 5, plus two cones at 2 each is 9

One cone is 2

5 + 9 x 2 = 23 (order of operations)

So:

Pair of shoes + ((Boy wearing shoes and holding cones) x cone)

5 + ((5+10+4) x 2j

5 + (19 x 2)
