Just get a really powerful electric leaf blower. I got a really good deal on a 750 CFM for l00$ and it claims to be the most powerful one in its class. I also use it to dry the car. It has some serious torque, so you gotta hold it tight, but in 60 seconds your car will be dust-free.

Update: Here it is, I don't understand why it's so cheap. It's the most powerful!

He's asking about dust one the interior...unless you are using the leaf blower on your interior? Lol

Having a dark colored car dust on the outside drives me crazy. Have not seen any product that repels dust on inside surfaces or even on paint
