G42 2 Series Spotted in Las Vegas

Hey y'all. So I visited Las Vegas from Atlanta (before anyone asks, I was staying extremely cautious against covid and took a test before I traveled) and I saw the G42 2 series testing on the strip, along with the new M3/4 and a 2 series GC. The new 2 series is looking really good imo, and the side proportions, especially the C pillar, look more coupe like compared to the current gen. Down below are some photos!

If anybody were to ask tell them to F off as it's none of their business and to stay hidden and afraid in their basements with their face diapers on.

Thanks for the pics.

Nice photos! This car was most likely returning from hot weather testing site.

You didn't happen to get close enough to notice if:

1- It has a giant grill hiding under the front camo.
2- If it happened to have a manual shifter.
3- Opened the hood to see how many cylinders.

Thanks!

Seemed so, but they were driving up and down the strip for at least an hour.

It's difficult to judge its size, but I'm pretty sure we can expect a larger and heavier 2-series. :/

If Porsche can make a Cayman ~3000 lbs, then BMW could certainly make the M2 less than the 3600 lbs it is now. I get the Porsche is a dedicated sports car rather than a sports coupe, but that weight discrepancy is immense.

It did look larger than the current gen, but still a relatively small vehicle in today's terms. Proportions though seem great!

i do agree... proportions appear great like e46 proportions. outgoing 2series looks truncated. just hoping for decent tail light and headlight design. which i dont think we'll get.. until mid life cycle refresh. car makers are most bold with these particular items at the model release cuz you gonna buy it regardless from a early adopter standpoint. then they can tweak it back down to sometimes what it should have been in the first place and that feeds the more sensitive buyers, come mid life cycle and after. im hoping for angel eyes again.

Hot weather testing all right. Vegas was a furnace the past few days/weeks.
