There are a lot and certainly no one right answer. I agree with most everything posted here to some degree or another except maybe the Enzo.
I might also point out that there are beautiful cars and then there are just great looking cars from my own perspective. Something like a the F1. Good looking car but not beautiful to me. Beautiful would be the 356, 550 Spyder, DB5, and plent of others are previously noted.

There are so many beautiful cars, but the 458 has always been the apple of my eye

I think the most beautiful car ever made is dependent on your age and where you grew up.

For instance if you were born in the late 1800's you might think a 1920 Stutz Bearcat was the most beautiful car.

But if you're like me, a child of the 70's and 80's you might think a Ferrari 308GTSi like the one Magnum PI had was the most beautiful car ever made.

The body is super clean by today's messy standards with cuts everywhere but the lights need some work, too angular for the car that is very organic.

Some put perspex covers over the headlights, big mistake.

I was born in 1990, and I find the older vehicles so much prettier than todays' standards.

For me, the P330 is the ultimate blend of performance and beauty. I find it so fascinating that the vehicle design is so incredibly efficient (at the time).

I want to drive one so badly haha.

Well. It certainly beats the P3.

Though the Rover DOES get suicide doors, so that's something.

Did you know you could still buy a brand new DeLorean today? It's made in Texas with the original new parts. But it's selling for $80K with a 150HP Renault engine.
What Doc Brown failed to mention was that 88MPH was the top speed

They have engine and suspension upgrades as well. They don't turn the car into a speed monster, but otherwise a definite improvement from the lethargic original.
