Garage List
I don't mind Rennlist, I use the Panamera and Cayenne sections the most, seems mostly benign.

Rennlist is great - deep wealth of knowledge and friendly people. Renntech is good too if you plan on doing a bunch of work yourself.

i agree rennlist is very good. the forum could use a bit of an update as its painful to navigate.

this forum is pretty good too. i think the more mature f8x crowd is here. The facebook f80 groups are full of idiots though.

Rennlister here as well and it's by far the most active Porsche site. Agreed with others that the functionality pales in comparison to bimmerpost. The worst aspect I find is that if I click the button to jump to the last page of a long thread and then start to scroll up a little instead of just going slowly backwards through the thread it will move me back an entire page.

That's the worst, MBWorld is like that too. There are settings to turn it off though.

I believe Rennlist uses the same layout as MBWorld, so in your user control panel in the "edit options" section, there should be two options which can be unchecked towards the bottom that say "Infinite Scroll" and "Related Threads." Those two options cause the pages and threads to automatically load at the top and bottom of a page when scrolling.

Thanks for that. I found the area you are talking about but for some reason rennlist doesn't seem to have those options. Oh well.

Is everyone still answering the OP's question 12 years later??

For posterity, Rennlist is good for 911 but for the Macan there is much more activity on Macanforums. Might be the case for other non 911s to have their own specific forum altogether.
