If you go with the Alfa you better learn how to spell it.
![]() If I were in the market, and leasing, I'd be sorely tempted by the Quadrifoglio. Mostly because I consider myself a car enthusiast, I haven't owned an Alfa yet (although I have worked on them), and the Top Gear folks say that you aren't a true car enthusiast until you have. |

What's your price point ?
Giulia ti is about $43k Stinger at $50k Why not a RWD IS350 w/ handling pack? IS500 but it'll be at least $60k starting, so maybe a little more than what you want to spend? Or get a used Stinger in the $30s. |

A friend of mine is an accountant at the local Alfa dealer in Kansas City. They also sell Benz, Porsche, Land Rover, and Jag. She says from day one, the Alfas have been absolutely terrible from a reliability standpoint. She says the brand actually hurts the dealer because so many Alfas require low profit warranty work and the cars suck up days of time in the bays because it takes techs so long to sort through issues, often electrical. Customers also become mad at the dealer because their cars are out of commission for so long. The dealership owners are considering ending their Alfa contract because of this.
I think the Guilia Quad is one of the sexist and best performing sedans out there. But I'd be so pissed if I had a car that was always in a state of disrepair. I'd never consider an Alfa unless I had another reliable car in the stable, it was under warranty, and I never took it on a long trip. |
