Is this the infamous Nurburgring??

He was one those F1 drivers that was incredibly quick right from the get-go.
"He won 12 grands prix including four victories in 1978 for Ferrari, when he swept both U.S. races at Long Beach and Watkins Glen."
"After retiring from F1, he served two terms as governor of the Argentine province of Santa Fe and served in the Argentine senate from 2003 until his death."

I know you've attended a ton of F1 races at Watkins Glen....were you present when Carlos was an active F1 pilot??

Yep...was there for his first USGP win in 1974...he dominated from pole position driving for Brabham.
