Best product for cleaning 3M Clear wrap

My whole car is wrapped in clear 3M, what is the best product to use for stubborn stains near fender wells.

Any products recommended?

Try out Gyeon. They're designed with PPF in mind.
By stubborn stains, you mean road tar? You could try tar remover, see if it works.

Edit: if tar remover doesn't work, try using a clay bar. But I doubt you're going to need it since your car is new.
