Just took delivery of my second RS5 with ceramic brakes. Big up charge but worth it for the smoother operation (especially in stop and go traffic) and (big to me) no brake dust!

EE is the man. So, the only disadvantage is cost, how about brake squeal?

Cost is and has been the only downfall of carbon ceramics. It's not like they are just a small additional price on the car, they are significant ($8-10k). That said, they look and perform awesome and no brake dust is worth it's weight in gold.

Agree on no dust. Switched to z26 pads on my Hellcat because the stock pads were terrible on dust

Maybe my favorite part of this Chris Harris video is when he opines about how much better the CCB were in his previous GT3 and how much better they were than the steel brakes on his current GT3. People like to fool themselves into believing they "don't need" CCB and "there's no difference" because they're only driving on the street.

Don’t need CCB when driving on the street. A bigger Brembo kit upgrade makes much more sense for the street and occasional track use.
