In all seriousness, how do you spec an M3 (or maybe you have M4 Comp Conv's) to over $100k?
A fully spec'd build (carbon buckets + carbon exterior) will get you close, and taxes can push you over the edge.

Wow, just built one with every option and got it to $99k. But that's w/carbon brakes, I didn't think they had a very high take rate? I guess I have simple tastes only wanting something about $25k cheaper.

Never heard of that!!!! would love to see that warranty / guarantee paperwork!

If your looking into XPEl - dont overlook the different thicknesses of the film.. 7mm. 8mm or 10mm. The shop and mix and match the panels on mil thickness if needed. I can say the Ultimate is well worth it!

Ceramic Pro Gold is a lifetime warranty. But, you do have an "annual inspection" that is about $250/yr that replaces the sacrificial layer.

M performance exterior carbon trims will easily push this build over 100K.

I priced out a base, not a Comp, so its less to start with. HArd to believe how expensive these cars have become over a relatively short period of time.

Cars are getting more expensive in general. However the rise is nowhere near the real estate price here in Toronto lol. Just need to make more in the meantime :

If any of you are Vets, some shops will provide a discount, so make sure to let them know. My local dealer does that, so I will likely go with them again.

Curious… how do you wrap just part of the car with matte paint? Couldn't the textures be off? You risk the wrapped sections being really different that the unwrapped.

They test areas to see if it looks right and you sign off

Mine is at the detailer right now getting full PPF, ceramic top coat with rims and glass. 6k all in. Xpel Ultimate. I'll share photos once i get it. Shop said they will take progression photos as the car is being completed.

As for prices of cars mine was just shy of 100k. M3 comp with all options minus carbon brakes and exterior carbon pack. I took the 5k i budgeted for the exterior carbon pack and did an individual color. Very easy to get an M3 comp to and over 100k.
