I just noticed my tailgate appears to be misaligned and the bumper has a small gap between it and the lower tailgate (have to zoom in on the photos attached). You can see in my photos the misalignment is most apparent at the tail light gaps. Is this normal on X5s or should I have this looked at by the dealer?

Edit: also noticed the edges of the rear edge panel and tailgate don't set flush on both sides. See photos.

Looks like normal tolerance gaps. You could have the dealer check it. But I would bet they will say the same thing.

I can live with the uneven gapping as it's not very noticeable. But I'm still a little bothered by one tail light being evenly flushed at the gap and the other is not.
