Searching the address took you to a possibly phony glass installer who took their name from a private collection of cars that were auctioned off 6 years ago. Instead of searching through the address, try the name and you'll get to these guys pretty quickly:

They appear legit, though its a little odd that the Maps satellite photo appears to be taken the same day as the photo on the AZ home page, down to the empty parking lot and the single long box in the middle of their dock space. Maybe they hadn't moved in before then. Or.... ?

they don't own the building, what else is in the building?, have they moved within the building?, searching the address only (minus suite number) can yield previous renters, etc.
broad searches yield interesting results.
Being that glass place is the only other auto related place that came up was just odd I though. More times than not there's a reason. Salvage glass is a thing for instance.

But like I said, I wanted to find history of the company older than 2019.

There's nothing wrong with being thorough. If it was some little storefront I'd do the same thing, but for a property of this size I would start with the corporate entity. The Arizona Corporation Commission shows AZ Cycle Parts to be a legit LLC, incorporated in 2012, and a member in good standing. (There is a previous business, non-LLC, showing inactive but I haven't been able to look up the record. I would say that was the original company which was then converted into an LLC in 2012).
If you look at their LLC registration, you'll see their previous address at the bottom: 3036 N 33RD DRIVE, PHOENIX, AZ, 85017. If you search that address quite a few records come up for AZ Cycle Parts. If you click on the map link for their old address you can see the front door with their sign over it, and no other businesses in the entire plaza.

I'm going say this is a legit group, unless further info to the contrary appears.
