Does Dr Colorchip dry glossy or flat?

Heard a complaint that Dr Colorchip dries flat, not glossy.
Is this true?

I used Dr. CP in two of my cars (Audi with Moonlight blue metallic and BMW with Alpine white). It filled in perfectly on both cars and I couldn't notice the places I filled up unless I had my nose on the bumper. It fills in nice and glossy. If you're patient enough to layer it so that it sits flush with the OEM paint in the area surrounding the rock chip, you won't even know it's there.

Edit - Just took a look. It fills in flat. Not glossy like I thought. The reason I thought it was glossy is because the chips are tiny and you won't notice it unless you look for it. So the extremely small, flat parts don't look that bad next to the surrounding glossy paint. But yes. It dries matte and not gloss. My bad.
