Who's Winning the Stanley Cup? Avalanche or Lighting?

I know that I'm wading into this discussion with the Avs leading 3 to 1 but I want them to win the cup even if they knocked out my Oilers. I think that this is some of the best hockey of the year and I believe that the Lightning have been surprised by the talent base of the Avs. I will not be surprised to see this going more than one more game.

Let's see if they can close it out at home. TORM3NT Denver is going to go off pretty soon. I've never been there, but it seems like a fairly small city and tight knit.

Did my username give it away? Not a SUPER long time but yeah long time. Superbowl 42 + 46 can only hold you off for so long. I miss Eli.

Haha...hoping the city/state/region and those who are outside those boundaries and root for the Avs are able to go off tonight!

It's all relative on the small city, right? Compared to a New York and Los Angeles...yes, very small. If I had to guess we're probably only around 3 million as a metro area with only about 800k in Denver proper not including the 'burbs. It feels just right to me and yes, tight-knit for a city this size.

My daughter and her friend will be at tonight's game...a bit jealous! I sure hope they are able to close it out tonight, however, as I stated before, the Lightning are no joke and they are here in the Finals for the third consecutive year for a reason.

Great game by Tampa Bay.

The Avs need Kuemper to play better over the next game…or two.

Hoping we can win one of the next two and finish this.

I am excited to see if the Rangers can take the next step but they have serious salary cap issues, lost some key players and still are not big enough for the playoffs...............
