When it was quiet at the Coroner's Office I'd stream Netflix at my desk.

You could just post "I think lifetime fluid fill means you really never have to change it, and if the factory says 0w20 weight oil, that's what you use" and then troll everybody who tries to talk you out of it.

If you have cellular service (iPad or whatever), you can still stream at work - just turn off Wi-Fi.

I dont know how to relax anymore. I need to learn but I lost that ability years ago and have to figure it out or I'm going to wither away to one giant ball of anxiety and stress

We used to play Quake or Wolfenstein amongst ourselves during the holiday break when we had a skeleton staff remaining.

I have found this to be the case with me also. I cannot just sit quietly and relax. Even if I'm sitting I have to do something. I need a drink & cigar, I need to manage a campfire, I need to have music going, I need to have a conversation with someone etc. If I sit without doing anything it becomes almost unbearable and I end up messing with my phone.

I always have my face buried in my phone. I mess with it way too much. Got a constant neck ache. I even started a thread a while back about neck aches from using your phone too much.

I have a baby due in less then two weeks, I’ve been working like a dog to get out ahead of everything. The amount of work that I have burried our primes and subs in within the last weeks will keep them busy for a month lol.

Garage List
I'm off this entire week.

My daily schedule looks like this:

Wake up
Eat Breakfast
Get my daughter ready for school (Enrolled her in a winter program) and drop her off
Come home, work out - lift weights followed by a quick peleton session
Shower
Have lunch
If I don't have any errands to run, I'll just play video games until it's time to go pick my daughter up from school

I really want to retire so bad... this is heaven for me.

Get bluetooth-enabled hearing aids. I never put my phone up to my ear. Make that one move and I'll let you onto the corner of my lawn in the "You know you're old when" thread!

Back in 85 I went to Jamaica for 10 days. Then in 07 we went to Europe for 14 days and after 7 I had a break down and wanted to leave Monaco bc I missed my animals. Now 3 days in Disney 2 hours away is about my limit.

We talk about Bahamas or the Keys and I don’t think I could do it anymore.

Never put my phone up to my ear, either. Always put it on speaker.
