What are my options here?

Family (parents) took the car for the weekend. They come home and I see this shit on the lower passenger side door(s). Not sure if rock/debris on the road, someone scratched the car with their door, I have no clue and apparently neither do my parents who took the car out when I know for a fact that wasn't there before the weekend.

I do have to say that this did happen months ago so at this point I've known about it. Regardless. What are my options? Seemingly as the paint looks completely scratched away but I think that's the base coat underneath the black sapphire metallic.

Any suggestions or would it take basically an entire repaint of the door?

Try Dr Colorchip to make it look 80%. Its inexpensive and worth a shot before taking to a bodyshop for a re-spray blend job. Good luck
