Is Silverstone tough to keep clean?

I'm ordering with Silverstone/black full leather. What's your experience with this colour interior? Tough to keep clean? I'm not big on spending hours cleaning/treating leather in my cars.

My last 2 cars had black and red/black leather seats and I've had 0 issues and they were very low maintenance. Detailed once a year and that's it.

TIA!

You have to take care of it to keep it clear. I coated the interior myself. 50 for geyon leather shield. And use leather clearer every quarter or so. Kids don’t eat in the car. Still looks new after 18 months

Thanks. How often do you apply the geyon shield?

Usually once per year. But I only drive my vehicle about 6000 miles per year.

I average roughly the same amount. Working from home helps When you apply the protectant is it scentless? Would hate to mask that new car leather scent.

I'm still trying to figure that out. My current seats are red/black so once a year detailing does the job. But now that I'm getting Silverstone/Black I'm worried about dye transfer from my jeans so I want to prevent that.

Check out Colourlock Leather Shield, I have that on mine. My car is 2 months old and I saw some dye transfer after a month or so, it comes right off. I use for maintenance cleaning P&S Xpress Interior diluted 1:1 or a quick detailer for an inbetween wipe down. These seats will need some love to look good.

Question: Does applying the protectant mask the new leather smell? That's one of the best things about a new car lol.

My PPF shop used an Xpel product to protect my ivory seats and after 2 years they still look great!
