Genesis G80 Magma
That G80 Magma is such a nice looking car. Looks elegant where it needs and just enough carbon aggressiveness in the splitter and diffuser to complement the elegant look. The X Gran Berlinetta also looking crazy. This reminds me of AMGs, brutal but elegant. IDK who BMWs been hiring as head designers but they need to fire them and hire the Genesis ones.

I agree it does have a great design, I like their models, however it's the brand name that society pushes against them. I hate to say it but a large majority of people still see the brand name and have a view of it. Just the way it is. nonetheless props to them, great look for sure. I personally wouldn't buy one but def a good looking ride.

It’s cool. Certainly has the vibe of an M5 competitor but without the power. Love that it retains the cockpit setup that BMW for some reason has decided to ditch. Very happy to see more fun sedans.
Does Genesis produce a V8 anywhere in their lineup? |

It's ok but I think they've got a M Performance competitor there, not a full M. And they're really just a couple.upgrades to the normal turbo V6, so kinda meh.
That said, if it comes with the 10 year warranty that could be a real value prop. Especially if they do a GV80 Magma. Just gotta keep the price in the 70s or so. |

Good looking.
Imo, the not coming here will change when team Norelco gets the boot late 24. We shall see. I'd drive it before a fang series.

Why debut something at the NYIAS that your not planning to bring to the US?

Your right but I did look into the Genesis line before I bought my BMW(2023) and the G80 was the sweet spot but they had just announced they were not going to make the V8 anymore so I am stepping out here but I would believe they would do a turbo 6.

Anyway, I dig it & would drive one if the price was right & it had some power. We wanted to get a GV70 over the CX-5, but could not justify $50k for a used one
