Exclamation N47 knocking

Hi everyone,
My engine (N47 177cv) has been knocking noisily for a few days. At first I thought that was big end bearing or injector failiure but I tried to run the car without serpentine belt and the knock stopped (Video below). I also tried to change the two pulleys, the tensioner and the belt without improvement. Since alternator/waterpump/compressor/dumper failing noises usually are different and not knocks as mine, I want to ask If it's possible that eventual big end bearing problem shows up only when dumper is tensioned with the belt otherwise, when damper is free, everything seems to be okay? Any ideas or any similar experiences? Thank you
