No body-man worth their salt would guarantee something they haven't even seen in real life. If the panel has to be repainted then there is no reason why you couldn't try to fix it for less first.

but i have seen the car he posted more than enough to know that this will need to be base coated to be correct, and that is why the shop he took it to told him the exact same thing.

Update: got my RW Carbon CS style spoiler, installed it, and it fixed my problems.

Covers the area affected and it looks bad ass. BTW, great quality too.
