Wheels have marks that won't come out

Hey everyone so for some reason, my front two wheels have these marks that look gray or something (honestly not to sure what to call them). No matter what I use (detailing products), it won’t go back to the paint color. It’s almost like the paint is faded or something stripped it. I attached photos so if you guys could help that would be awesome!!

Sorry if it’s hard to see, i tried my best with different lighting so hopefully you guys are able to tell.

If your not the first owner could the rims have been repaired previously or just defects in the rim.

Bring it to a detailer first before you do anything. Seems if they can polish them or some other method vs repainting.

Same exact thing happened to my wheels, the clear coat came off. I just took the car to bmw and they recoated them. You should be covered under warranty.

Clear coat failure. BMW wheels are known for this.

Might be due to the amount of massive brake dust the OEM pads give off. Very prevalent on the two front wheels since the fronts do most of the braking.
