Any idea on why the ambient lights on the passenger side come on intermittently?
The LIN line is not correctly terminated somehow.

Address the ambient light modules using ISTA if not already done so, after terminating the LIN line as schematic shows.

Sorry dude, hate to bother you, but we're really having trouble. I see that you're in Forida, I'm over in Ft Lauderdale. I was wondering if your shop or if you could help?

Thanks

We are in Orlando, sorry.

- Are the seats coded (48C) into the VO?

- Did your installer move pin 4 to pin 8 at the passenger seat yellow connector?

- Do your installer has ISTA? Ambient light may need to be re-addressed.

Seats pins yes, seats were coded. ISTA not sure I think he needs step by step instructions.

I'm taking the car to Orlando end of month during labor day weekend on the 29th. Could definitely hand it over to you guy

Unfortunately we do not code commercially.

We suggest contacting a forum remote coder for ISTA coding.

I am now having the same trouble with battery drainage and a warning about the passenger restraint system after swapping out my comfort seats for the CF bucket seats. Does anyone know a remote coder on the forum who's willing to help out with this issue?

Let me know if you find one... The line has been re-pinned but I don't know exactly what needs to be addressed in ISTA. I assume turning off the footwell lights and addressing the passenger side ambient lights.

Do your passenger side ambient lights sometimes not come on?

Upon further investigation, X12*1B pin 4 needs to be floated (not moved to pin 8, leave pin 8 as is), then ambient lights re-addressed by ISTA.
