It’s the tacky look and feel. G90 has got a weird rear diff and this is making it more weird. Especially the surround around the exhausts.

Also very weird how it sticks so far off the bumper cover. Looks more like a cheap Chinese aftermarket product as opposed to OEM.

Exactly what I meant. Looks like BMW has ripped off a Chinese aftermarket design. Haha

In AUS we would have to pay like north of $7000AUD for that thing. No way

Perhaps they’re trying to save weight where they can? Or maybe it’s to help promote engine noise? I’ve toyed with the idea to put some sound deadening in the hood of my m2 since interior noise is a bit much for my taste, but I’ll try to reduce road noise first.
