There is no safety motorcycle in automotive racing, you got to carry the first aid supplies, equipment, fire extinguishers, and 2 people in it. A car does the job instead of a paramedics ambulance. Plus it’s job is to slow them down in the unexpected racing situations like debris/heavy rain/crash/or cleanup operations.

I am trying to stay positive. It's hard to do that when the M division lead says "Its the best we can do right now" in describing it.

However, Chris Harris....take it for what it is, seems to be pretty optimistic about it.
