Wheel Choice

I am having a hard time with my wheel selection.

What do you guys think of the 952's?

Some times it looks good, some angles not sure and these would be a hell of a job to clean

951's are ok but I don't think they add excitement to the vehicle. just another black rim

I ordered frozen dark grey exterior.

951’s no question, you can always get the silver/black version if you’re not a fan of black. I got the frozen dark grey with black 951s, think that color combo works the best, but it’s obviously subjective

The standard grey/bi color 951 looks better by a mile. Something about the 952 just doesn’t look right to me

951 absolutely no question. The 952 look like the drain plug in my kitchen sink.

Looking for a winter tire set up for my g90 Arriving November/ December. No rims just winter tires. Anyone come across anything that’ll work? Going 20/21” 951M rims. Thanks!

Saw these 3 sedans and 1 touring today at Canada's Head office. Once I saw the 952 wheel I definitely now know I do not want it. Looks better in pics

I wonder if the Michelin is the “high performance” option. Were they Pilot Sport 5’s?

Yes i believe the high performance option is the Michelin. The green car was the only one with the Michelins. All others including the 952 wheel were Hankook.

So, the build sheets for the Touring in the US don't give different tire options. They note that the 952s come with "Performance Tires," and the other rim options come with "High-Performance Tires." Does anyone know the difference?

In Canada the 952's only come with Performance tires which are the Hankook. The 951's come with the Hankook and charge $750 for the high performance tires which are the Michelins in either the bi colour or the full black rim

Ahh okay, that's probably it. Interesting that there's no price difference in the US for any of the wheel/tire options.
